This set is to do rear control arms on 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler. This set will do either front or rear upper. You can buy 2 sets to do all uppers. These DO NOT come in stainless. Any bolts where the strength of the bolt might come into question, such as a rollover or anything of that nature, we stick to EXTREMELY strong material to make sure to keep drivers safe. So rollbar and seat bolts, etc, should never be stainless steel.
